Yes, this is one ‘holiday’ that is the same in the US and the UK!
I actually have two fathers. My dad, who I’ll refer to as dad in this blog, and my step-dad, who I will refer to as sdad in this blog. Damn I’m clever.
They are both good dads.
And I hope they both have very good father’s days!!
Every expatriate I have ever known, regardless of country of origin or country of residence, has fallen into the “I forgot Mother’s Day as it’s on a different day here!” trap.
