Back On Weight Watchers

As the title says, I am following Weight Watchers again.  Not going to meetings, just online.

You see, when I did the program online about 8 or 9 years ago I was very successful at it.  I lost a ton of weight.  And then it started creeping back on so I started to go to meetings.  And didn’t lose a pound.

So for some reason it really only works for me online.

I’ve been seriously following it for about 2 weeks, with a break for my Manchester trip, and have lost about 2 lbs.  Which is a step in the right direction.

I have nearly 50 pounds to lose to get to where I want to be.

Let the meal planning begin…

  1. I’m doing WW online too! Keep us informed of how you’re doing. I’ve lost 30 lbs. but now I’m stuck, so I’m planning my meals for an entire week at once. And I need to keep track of my points better. Good luck!

  2. Alli works by not digesting fat and causing diarhea (big time from what I understand:) so not a good way to go

  3. Okay, that’s not exactly how Alli works!

    It prevents the digestion of fat, yes, but if you eat the amount of fat you are allowed and not one gram more, then you’ll be fine. Its when you eat too much fat that it caused diarhea.

    I do have one friend who tried it. And gained back every ounce after she went off of it.

    Diet pills will never work as they don’t teach you the best way to eat. This is why Weight Watchers is so successful,
